We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging within 45 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the provided options.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your bamboo items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
